Is this role for you? If you have 2 years minimum experience of "Mortgage Processing" and have experience working with a variety of loan types (e.g. Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo loans, etc.) and are drawn to the flexibility of remote work, then absolutely!
Information and expectations about mortgage loan processing:
- Attention to detail: Ability to process, analyze, and verify submitted credit and income documents to ensure that residential loan applications are complete in their entirety.
- Effective communication skills: Manage customer experience through the duration of the origination process.
- Operational functioning: Able to verify all required borrower documents are submitted and acceptable under firm policies and procedures.
- Provide responses and documentation for any inquiries and requests, complete research, and provides feedback.
