No, there are no fees to become members of our network.
Yes, all licensed partners are required to pass a background check. A background check if ordered through the Z Group costs $53.75.
Payments are processed weekly. Typically, a check will arrive within 7-10 business days after you submit the order.
Yes, we do require Errors and Omissions coverage for any licensed partner that provides an estimate of value for real property (i.e. Brokers).
You may manage your service area, down to any zip code from your CONNECT! profile. You may additionally upload multiple state licenses to your CONNECT! profile.
